The standoff at the Oregon Wildlife refuge was a huge poke in the eye to the federal government, and they are determined to exact their pound of flesh, and more. The retribution began when federal agents set up a road block and forced one of the key rancher spokesmen out of his truck and then murdered him in cold blood as he tried to heave through the deep snow bank. Next was arresting Cliven Bundy, who had proven to be a thorn in their side back in 2014 when there was previous standoff at his ranch in Nevada.
The feds, however, need to have a massive show of strength to put down the rebellion once and for all. There is deep anger and mistrust among the westerners who see the federal government gobbling up the western territory where Washington owns 51 percent of all the land in eleven western states. In fact, Barack Obama just today declared an additional two million acres in California to be federal reserve land, off limits to the citizens of the United States.
With that type of outrageous land grab, they are looking to definitively pull the teeth of the budding insurrection. So it appears that they will be rounding up anyone and everyone that they consider to be a threat.

if you notice Myrna all the links you posted are links to stories patriot type news sites I believe in America and freedom as much as anyone and I see what is happening in America but there is right ways and wrong ways of doing things and these folks went about it the wrong way the folks at the Oregon refuge made their point the first week and should have left on their own when requested by the citizens and then you have people stirring the pot asking why did the feds wait 2 years to act on Cliven Bundy the answer is plain as the nose on your face the bundy’s kept themselves surrounded by armed militants and the feds knew they could wait for the right time and take action so as far as I’m concerned you so called “Patriot” cry babies are getting what you have coming
One thing is certain myrna, there are as many stories against the buddies as there are for. It doesn’t take much to do a news story with a spin. But it doesn’t change the fact that what they did was illegal, against the will of the residents of the county, and the native American people. Or that they are welfare queens and racists
The show of arms in these protests is the catalyst that brings the show of force from the gov. they have to show who has the bigger balls whether they are right or wrong.
