Anti-Trump GOP Candidate Enters Presidential Race

While Donald Trump also attended Wharton and Hillary Clinton has a law degree from Yale, it’s difficult to compare McMullin to the two of them:

McMullin’s LinkedIn page lists him as spending 11 years in the service:

“Managed clandestine operations related to counterterrorism, counterinsurgency, energy, political stability, and counterintelligence, while serving mostly in hostile environments.”

While Donald Trump loves to bash Goldman Sachs and other Wall Street firms, McMullin spent three years at the firm, according to his LinkedIn:

Worked on a variety of capital raising and M&A projects and deals across several industries including technology, energy, consumer goods, biotech, industrials, and real estate.

McMullin worked for the House Foreign Affairs committee. On his LinkedIn page, he described his job as:

Advised the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee and other House members on issues related to the Near East, South Asia, counterterrorism, and other national security issues.

At this point, his odds of winning are quite low, of course. But that isn’t important to the anti-Trump crowd, who just hope he could steal enough votes to put Hillary in the White House.
