Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

He is correct they are not . They never went through the process of becoming citizens. All you have todo to keep the families together is take your children from where you came from.

Someone screwed up. I was born in Germany and have been an American citizen since birth. I just had to request my birth certificate from the American consulate. If his mother was German, that could be the reason.

There needs to be specifics in the law regarding this. Once Scalia is replaced, maybe that can be ironed out. Most countries do not recognize foreigners children born in their countries as residents and neither should we.
