Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

I have a friend that was born in Germany because his father was in the military and all his life he had no idea he was not a u s citizen until something happened where he needed to do something with his job and he found out, he had to go through alot of red tape and it was a mess for him but he finally was able to become a citizen
Rochelle Ayala the kids are not here illegally. They are born here. What their parents do is not their fault. You cannot fault one person for the fault of another. I agree with the judges decision but your comment was ridiculous. “Illegals have kids not for live but for profit” is that what you think of black folk too?? More kids more welfare?

funny, I saw a protest that was televised, and one illegal kept repeating *BUT* we have children! so? you chose to come here illegally, and that was your choice.And if it affects your kids, that was your choice,too.So yes they are using their kids to stay here.

If I were pregnant and visiting another country, and I gave birth in a foreign country while visiting, I would neither expect nor want my child to be considered a citizen of that country.
People should not expect children born of non-citizen parents to be considered citizens here either.
