Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

I believe to be born in America your Parents must be America citizens to be a legal citizen! Just because you live here does not entitle your children to be legal citizens
No one is trying to rip families apart. We just expect the illegals to take their families back to where they came from. They are still together.
The law says clearly to be a citizen only to be born of a naturalized citizen. Or of a citizen born of the the united states. So what part didn’t the illegal mothers understand!

I think that these children born here during the commission of a criminal act ( illegal entry into this country) should be considered a part of the crime and not be given citizen status as a reward! To me they’re part of the crime.
