Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

If born here then we should do as we say but their parents go and if the parent want to take thier kids ok but they give up the kids citizenship

When the children are born out of their parents escape from persecution then citizenship should be granted to shield the child.
When the parents enter illegally and conceive a child for the purpose of economic reasons they should not grant citizenship.
I seem to remember that babies born to foreigners on American soil must go back to their parents home country until they are 18 years old at which time they can enter the U.S. as citizens because they were born here!
