Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

Exactly the parent isn’t subject however if the child is born than the child is subject because the child is born in the United states …stop the pregnant mother from entering or deport before delivery…..you can dance around it all day just know you’re dancing alone ..

Dave Johnson, I’m not a lawyer, perhaps you are. I would think an issue as serious as “anchor babies” would have been brought before the Supreme Court for an interpretation concerning the 14th amendment as was done with the 2nd amendment. If it is as clear as it is in your mind, than the Supreme Court could make short work of it, even with a 4-4 split. Neither the President nor the Supreme Court can nullify any of our amendments.
