Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

My question is why aren’t they demanding those things from their own governments? Why aren’t they taking to the streets within their own countries demanding the government and businesses GIVE them $15 dollars an hour?
Why aren’t they demanding their own governments provide them jobs? Why aren’t they starting businesses in their own countries??

The court blew it. They left the door open for further suits with more evidence. What they should have ruled was this:
The Constitution says, regarding citizenship, “From the 14th Amendment, EMPHASIS ADDED: 1: ‘All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.’ Persons who are not ‘subject to the jurisdiction thereof’ include foreign diplomats, temporary visitors, and illegal aliens. Therefore, children born to illegal aliens are not citizens.”
