Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

Well the federal court is wrong and their finding contradicts the 14th amendment which means their finding is void …The 14th amendment clearly says any person born in the United states is a citizen ….you can call.these babies whatever you want but according to the bill of rights they’re Americans ..

You might want to re-read what I wrote. I know what immigration law says rather well, hence me stating that it needs to be reformed like completely REVAMPED. Also, Anchor Baby is a legit term and not just used as a derogatory term. Please note as well, the difference between an immigrant and an illegal immigrant. K thanks.

Something that has always troubled me the lack of each individual case given consideration .Obviously Donald Trump can legalize existing so called ancker babies so it saves money and keeps moral good too legalize a large portion of illegals their not illegals if given amnesty too some that have been hear in U.S. a long time and that have paid sales taxes and bought gas and commerce and worked I think the focus is more towards stopping future anchor babies.
I would like to see someone try this anchor baby c**p sown in Mexico. But, then again who would want to sneak across the border into Mexico from here and try it?
I have been saying that .If the parents are here illegal and have a kid here the kid is illegal not a citizen of this country but the country of its parents
