Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

John Taylor disagrees with the ruling of a federal judge. That’s why we have federal judges. Each Tom, Dick and John does not get to decide the law. The judge does. Now it will go to the Supremes, if this is a true ruling. Hard to know since most anything can pop up on the internet.
Hopefully Trump will not backpedal on deporting them. Illegal entry is a crime which deserves no sympothy nor reward.

The courts got it right. Nothing should ever be gained when a crime is committed.
I have always believed that ones citizenship is determined by the MOTHER, who gave birth to the child. If she is a US citizen, than her babies too, no matter where their birth takes place. Our Congress in the 80’s made anchor babies possible.
Too bad this is f**e though … anchor babies should NOT be considered citizens. They’re innocently caught up in a bad mess their parents put them in and should be sent back to where they were made with their parents. Our immigration laws and system definitely needs to be reformed completely. And that’s being said by someone who married someone who became an immigrant.
