Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

THE ENTIRE CONCEPT OF ARTICLE 12 OF THE CONSTITUTION WAS TO MAKE SURE SLAVE FAMILIES, WHO HAD BEEN HERE FOR GENERATIONS, WERE NOT DEPORTED BACK TO AFRICA WHEN THEY WERE FREED…….IT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR A PREGNANT PROSTITUTE FROM A MEXICAN BROTHAL, TO COME ACROSS THE BORDER ILLEGALLY, DROP IT’S UNBORN FATHERLESS CHILD ON U.S. SOIL AND HAVE IT BECOME A U.S. CITIZEN AUTOMATICALLY. THUS MAKING THE CHILD AND IT’S MOTHER, ELIGIBLE FOR WELFARE, FOOD STAMPS, FREE MEDICAL CARE, A K-12 EDUCATION AND OTHER “STIPENDS” ALL AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE.
