Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

They should have duel citizenship, and given the choice to either be deported with the parents or stay in America in foster care. If they leave, they would retain duel citizenship and could return to the US at any time, no questions asked.
About time. Children belong with their birth parents and that gives them citizenship in their parents natal country. They do not belong to the country in which they were born. Send them all packing and let their own countries take care of them.

They get pregnant then come over here to have the baby so they can stay. What a scam they have played on the American people and people would play along with it. The people working for the government would say they would not do that. Can not take the mother from the child. When in fact the child has know rights tell 18. They could make up there minds then.
