Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

I have known and worked side by side with many illegals and I find most are hard workers but I ask them I know you are hard workers and many are good family men and Christian but how many men who come are not good and are immoral and are not desirable do they deserve to be here and they always answer no way! I think the solution is simple, first off require all illegals to register and put a fast deadline on this, fingerprint and ID them and run criminal background checks, show history of employment, make sure they are not on entitlement welfare, and if they check out grant them a work permit. Those that don’t check out deport immediately. The same with their off spring with exception of age if this child was born here and educated here and is say 21, and loyal only to America then let those go through the path leading to citizenship. Or go back with their parents. We have laws and ways proven to become citizens. Those who came and worked hard and loves the US and have good employment records get your work permits and apply for legal citizenship the proper way and no one will complain! Sounds simple and more than fair I think.
