Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

According to our constitution they are citizens and that cant be changed according to the highest court.,the supreme court however since this amendment is abused for the benefit of the parents very frequent,,its evem a bit of a joke in mexico to go across the border close to their due date in order for the child to automatically become a us citizen and by virtue of that birth the parents get to stay is obvious abuse of our laws,,but they can be enforced differently in that we say yes absolutely your child is a us citizen however the parents are not,,and have no constitutioal protection and since the parents are responsible for their care the parents should along with the child be deported back to mexico with the legal stipulation that the child remains a us citizen but may not return untill the legal age of 18 if as an adult the child chooses to do so ,,the only other way such a child could stay would be if they have legal relatives in the usa that the parents wish to give guardianship to..then the parents would be deported either way this would stop the,,lets have a child in the usa so we can become citizens too abuses,,the child born here has that right,,the parents do not,,this keeps us true to our constitution that the supreme court will always uphold but prevents the ridiculous abuse of this amendment why the laws are not enforced in this way is beyond me..common sense really:-))

Its about time.no other country allows for anchor babies. A child born on foreign soil is a citizen of the country that the parents are from.
