The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, as stated in their Wiki, is “to advance a balance and realistic understanding for American interest in the Middle East and to promote the policies that secure them.“
What exactly is the American interest in the Middle East? Well, of course it isn't freedom of any sort, but it is meant to protect the policies that some on the WINEP board of advisers like Henry Kissinger, Richard Perle, Condoleeza Rice, and James Woolsey believe should be secured.
In the video on the next page, one WINEP council man explains how someone needs to find a way to start the war with Iran; much like all the wars America has entered before, because as “tradition“ goes it can only start with a false flag.
