The first town in America with a Muslim Majority city council is now making it’s first laws, and it seems residents’ fears of Sharia Law may be merited after all.
While the members of the Hamtramck, Michigan city council have denied that they would put religion into politics, their actions show otherwise. They’ve already banned alcohol sales within 500 feet of local mosques, and allowed daily calls to prayer to reverberate through town as early as 6am.
As both measures are intrinsically related to Islam, its hard to see how they’ve come to the conclusion that their actions are somehow non-religious in nature.
Rather, it seems as if they simply don’t care. As the town’s Polish population shrinks, the Muslim majority seems more than willing to institutionalize their religious beliefs in order to push the rest out.

Seems to me that the 500 ft law also applied to Christian churches at one time, and do not Christians try to implement religious law into government as well? Same thing, different religion. The muslims are taking over in that town because the previous majority is leaving. Don’t want a muslim majority? Stand and fight. As for the whole call to prayer thing, I find loud thumping car stereos, unmuffled fast and furious wannabees, superbikes, and all kinds of other noise pollution in my background that I may never hear a call to prayer anyway. No different than when I lived next to St. John’s with church bells at 6 every Sunday. The Muslims are moving into areas that most Americans have already given up on, so if you want it to stop, move into those areas BEFORE they do. If you don’t, they will, and you will have this. If you don’t like it, don’t just sit there and$#%&!@* DO SOMETHING.
This is against US laws and they need to go to jail for violating US laws.
Stop it.

One more thing I should of mentioned, when they come here they (I am not sure how they get to be owners of stores, etc) are free of taxes for 5 years, when their time is up, they sell if to a relative and then they are free of taxes, and it continues. This should be stopped. They would not do this for an American that buys a store, they are taxed. Some of them also sign up for welfare and we support them. We do need to clean up our country and Michigan is a good place to start. We are so generous and it is destroying our country.
