We need to take a look at what our kids are learning…if we don’t, then we are lost….
University California Irvine is a college campus in America, correct? It has federal funding from, the United States of America (i.e. your tax dollars), and offers each student the opportunity to study under some very fine professors (we hope), to speak their minds, to pursue their American dream.
But Matthew Guevara, a UC Irvine student government leader, said that having an American flag in the room on campus “created a hostile environment and made people feel unsafe.”
This is an echo of others that now claim, somehow, that the American flag is offensive because it symbolizes racism and a culture that is ‘too agressive’…
And it gets “better” on page two:

When i went to school, kids learned early to appreciate our flag ! The fact that nowadays it seems to not be that way, and maybe it it because they were not taught to appreciate our flag or country !
American flag in America should Never be taken down. Too many lives have fought to defend it!
Move to the country that has the flag you like. Don’t polute you opions here if you don’t like our countryy. Please leave.
