The Agriculture Department, run by a favorite Obama hack, said Tuesday that it will stop providing benefits at the beginning of October if Congress does not pass legislation to keep government agencies open.
“If Congress does not act to avert a lapse in appropriations, then USDA will not have the funding necessary for SNAP benefits in October and will be forced to stop providing benefits within the first several days of October,” said Catherine Cochran, a spokeswoman for USDA. “Once that occurs, families won’t be able to use these benefits at grocery stores to buy the food their families need.”

I knew, when they put so many into this program, that it would be shut down at some point, once they become addicted to the free stuff. Not only did they approve assistance to many who could make it without the program, they gave them enough to sell. Now, they are use to eating what they can’t afford and cash to buy things they didn’t need in the first place. Cut it off and they’ll attack! This wasn’t a mistake, it was a plan.
