On a presidential debate back in 2012, Republican candidate Mitt Romney responded to a female voter who had asked what the candidate planned on doing about gender inequality in the workplace. What he answered will perhaps remained forged in the minds of Americans for a lot of years to come. He answered the voter saying he requested “Binders full of women” to choose for his cabinet.
