30. Donald Trump's Manhattan Estate
The NY Times reported that Donald Trump claims that, if elected, he will not live in the White House. That sounds like a pretty strange, bold claim from someone who has put so much effort and so many resources into the presidential race, so far. Trump said he would require a complete renovation of the White House. After a look at his own palatial Manhattan estate, one begins to see what Trump means. Perhaps Trump thinks the current aesthetic of the White House just doesn't measure up to the opulence he is accustomed to.
Follow along on our slideshow presenting the world Donald J. Trump is used to and you, too, may begin to understand why Trump might see a move into the White House as a move ‘downmarket'.

Daniel J Ahern yeah we’ve been called crazy many times and then we turn out to be right. Evil is everywhere.
It may be with Obamas cooperation but there are others that would want to do this as well.
Another racist comment from a lefty troll right on cue.
Thank you Wilma Lee Travaille I’ve felt it since Odumbass was first on the scene.
And No! Its not paranoia!
He can work from anywhere he wants.
Probably the stench is intolerable?

Only the stench of you Nazi liberals….
I always wondered why a president would want to live there! I would not! maybe it could be used for the homeless shelter! lol
The President should be able to design his own home, so tear it down and rebuild!
I don’t feel it’s necessary for the Commander in Chief of this country to “live” in the White House. Report there to conduct the nations business . . . yes just as in any job. Remodeling the White House? Well, it is a historical monument and should reflect it accordingly. There are many monies that can be redirected that are wasteful, especially the “lil’ darlings club’ who are part of the entitlement attitude plaguing this country today. Go for it Mr. President.
