We know the leftist caricature of gun-rights advocates as stupid, poor, right-wing rednecks just isn’t true.
With socialists like Bernie Sanders insisting we shouldn’t be free to protect ourselves and supporting laws meant to prohibit citizens being armed in public, our right to defend ourselves and those we love is under attack. Here is a great example of why the 2nd amendment is in place and of how diligent, respectful citizens protect themselves in a lawful matter with it.
When two white supremacists tried to take out their hatred by attacking a black man in a Fort Myers, Waffle House, they got what they deserved. There is security camera footage, witness reports of each of the workers and a local newcast even secured audio with further information on the altercation. It is not only undeniably justified, but as folks have commented in the comment feed, “play stupid games, win stupid prizes”

Rusty, I’m not completely sure what it is you are trying to say, since you refuse to use punctuation. If you are trying to say that “stand your ground” is as applicable to this situation as it was in the earlier one with opposite racial lines, then I have to agree. Both of the attackers were killed and neither of the defenders were punished for defending themselves. If that wasn’t your point, then????
you mean when someone carrying an illegal hand gun was pulled and shot.. lets be serious about this. when you hear of people being shot over an arguement, it isn’t the law abiding citizen who has a license to carry doing the shooting, its the thugs with the illegal handguns. My brother has a license to carry and is 60 years old , never used it.. so lets be honest about your comments, you’re making it sound like the ok corral out there.

10,000 people a year are killed by guns. Sounds like the OK Corral to me. If would make a greater attempt to allow guns only in the hands of law abiding citizens would be a good start. Unfortunately, we are making virtually no attempt.
