Secondly how does he get what he wants when his budgets are rejected and then finally when some sort of compromise is reached the GOP clams victory. Thirdly what new en$#%&!@*lements are you talking about? And lastly did you notice that the deficit has been cut by 2/3? Or did you mean debt?

Jay he had both houses of congress from January 09 until 2011. What compromise? There is the practice of Republicans caving instead of a govt shutdown. Those reductions in the deficit came from military cuts that seem to be the only thing Dems are comfortable cutting. I know the difference between debt and budget deficits. Regardless it is easily defined by the CBO. As far as new en$#%&!@*lements goes, what do you call executive action to excuse college debt?
