It’s heartening to see these states rising up and trying to halt the administration’s most recent move to force gender-neutral policies on American society. Prior to this development, Obama has pursued legal action against a Minnesota company that refused to allow a male employee to use restrooms for females, opening the way for future federal harassment of individuals and groups that do not tow the party line on gender-neutral bathrooms.
