Well the number of admirals *IS* ridiculous. But everything else would seem to need to stay.
I’d rather see the military, themselves, budget a cash-value given them from the civilians. They know best, what is, and is-not in their best interest, and will DIE if they’re wrong…that seems like ready motivation.
