An unprecedented 105 retired Navy admirals and two Marine Corps generals are warning the Obama administration that U.S. security will plummet to all time lows if more cuts to the naval budget are made.
Obama is already completely eliminating the highly successful Tomahawk missile program, known as the worlds most advanced cruise missile, by 2016.

Nope. But you educate your citizens well and instill them with the means to protect themselves and the community its self sustaining. Its the reason Russia ruled out coming to our shores and fighting. Because they felt as though every house would be a fight to the death. It doesnt really matter how many billions we cut. we still spend trillions on our military equipment. Are real problem is the fact we are rotting from the inside out. When the people you are protecting dont value what you protect it will become an exercise of futility. Kinda like Roman empire
