An unprecedented 105 retired Navy admirals and two Marine Corps generals are warning the Obama administration that U.S. security will plummet to all time lows if more cuts to the naval budget are made.

He does not understand the roles of the military. All indications to me, is he is a terrible Chess player and negotiator, but like any con man (I hate to be denegrating) he can flim flam people.
