3. Bill Clinton
After rumors that he had an affair with an intern in the white house had been revealed to be true, President Bill Clinton was impeached in 1998 by the House of Representatives for perjury and obstruction of justice after he lied under oath about the incident with Monica Lewinsky. He was only the second president ever to be impeached. He was acquitted by the US Senate in 1999 and finished the rest of his term, but it was a very close vote with 55 not guilty votes to 45 guilty votes.
