This report shows that conventional farmers, who are still using the herbicide are unintentionally poisoning the products of farmers who are choosing to grow organically. Since the WHO labeled glyphosate a carcinogen, a number of countries have implemented legislation to ban or limit its use.

The FDA made a somewhat quiet announcement last month that it will be testing glyphosate levels in food products, but they made no indication as to whether that will lead to new restrictions or regulations. In either case, it’s best to be careful.
