From The Blaze:

It’s been widely reported that a local Texas official said Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died of a heart attack, but that official — a county judge — told the Washington Post Sunday that report isn’t true.

Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara refuted a Dallas TV station’s report quoting her as saying Scalia died of “myocardial infarction” — in an interview with the Post, she said she had meant only that his heart had stopped.

“It wasn’t a heart attack,” Guevara told the Post. “He died of natural causes.”

What’s more, following Scalia’s death at the remote Cibolo Creek Ranch near the Mexican border, authorities said it took hours to find a justice of the peace. When Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez finally tracked down Guevara on her cellphone Saturday afternoon, she told WFAA-TV she was shopping.

From My SA:

“He was seated near me and I had a chance to observe him. He was very entertaining. But about 9 p.m. he said, ‘it’s been a long day and a long week, I want to get some sleep,” recalled Houston businessman John Poindexter, who owns the 30,000-acre luxury ranch.

When Poindexter tried to awaken Scalia about 8:30 the next morning, the judge’s door was locked and he did not answer. Three hours later, Poindexter returned after an outing, with a friend of Scalia who had come from Washington with him.

“We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled,” said Poindexter.

“He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap,” he said.
Scalia,79, did not have a pulse and his body was cold, and after consulting with a doctor at a hospital in Alpine, Poindexter concluded resuscitation would have been futile, He then contacted federal authorities, at first encountering a series of answering services because he was calling on a weekend.

Some dark web type conspiracies are being mocked at the Sydney Morning Herald:

Then there are those who believe he was murdered, perhaps by a CIA agent using a “heart attack gun”, probably working on the orders of President Barack Obama, who is in all likelihood some sort of Muslim sleeper agent born in either Kenya or Indonesia, but certainly not in Hawaii as is stated on his birth certificate.

Some are alleging this will help President Obama in cases yet to be heard before the Supreme Court.

From Breitbart:

Conspiracy sites and social media have lit up with suggestions that Scalia may have been eliminated to ensure a 5-4 liberal majority before President Barack Obama leaves office. Of course, those theories cannot explain why, if the president had wanted Scalia (or another conservative jurist) dead, he would have waited past so many big decisions.

The 2nd amendment is percived to be under scrutiny as well:

“We are one justice away from the Second Amendment being written out of the constitution altogether,” he said. “And if you vote for Donald Trump in this next election, you are voting for undermining our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.”

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia served the United States with distinction. Rest well your Honor.
