Tax Dollar Giveaway to Ineligible Recipients
At least $750 million has gone missing because of inappropriate giveaways. Obamacare was always a poorly designed program, from the broken website, to the inaccurate roster of physicians who were not part of the program. Now it turns out that a big giveaway went to illegal aliens and others without clear legal status, something that the American people were promised would not happen.
However, some of Obama’s favorite things are illegal aliens coming into the country, taking jobs Americans need, and using expensive services that American citizens end up paying for. Obama was looking for ways to buy votes and attract future Democrats, something he hoped he could do by giving amnesty and Obamacare cash to illegals. And Obamacare was designed to do that, and is also a huge government program that sucks up over 15% of the entire economy of the U.S. and is a way to hugely expand government bureaucracy and control. And of course there is no way to get the money back.
Illegal immigrants and individuals with unclear legal status wrongly benefited from up to $750 million in ObamaCare subsidies and the government is struggling to recoup the money, according to a new Senate report obtained by Fox News.
The report, produced by Republicans on the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, examined Affordable Care Act tax credits meant to defray the cost of insurance premiums. It found that as of June 2015, “the Administration awarded approximately $750 million in tax credits on behalf of individuals who were later determined to be ineligible because they failed to verify their citizenship, status as a national, or legal presence.”
The review found the credits went to more than 500,000 people – who are illegal immigrants or whose legal status was unclear due to insufficient records. The Senate also accused the administration of lacking a solid plan to get that money back – and predicted that in the end, the IRS will be “unable to fully recoup the funds.”
Under the law, the feds can dole out these payments on a temporary basis if a recipient’s legal status is unclear, but are supposed to cut off funding and coverage if the recipient does not later come up with the paperwork. Up to a half-million “ineligible” people, according to the report, applied in this way — with their credits paid in advance to the insurers. The IRS, though, is supposed to get overpayments back from the individuals themselves.
The Senate report, based on a review launched by committee Chairman Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., derisively describes this approach as “pay and chase.”
The bottom line is that the middle income citizen, many of whom are struggling themselves to pay the increasing costs of their health care, are also paying for the benefits of illegals. Something is very upside down in Mr. Obama’s priorities, and the reality is the vast majority of Democrat legislators still support this asinine and corrupt program.
As Ronald Reagan correctly identified, “government is the problem, not the solution.” Until we understand that, we will continue to get programs like Obamacare, and leaders like Obama.

If the law, codes, rules, regulations, acts, dictates, decrees, or statue or that of the same ilk, do not apply to those in power, it can not be forced upon anyone and thus void.
II.
No governmental, religious, bank, private cult, private bank, private anything of that ilk are immune.
III.
And How the interpretation of this rule is simple, any public or private law that does not apply to one party for one reason, will; not apply to another party, unless a contract can be produced by the one claiming damage. Unless it concerns a right, at witch a film or recording or evidence to that effect can be produced to prove that said law does not apply because it does not apply evenly, legally, lawfully and to those of that ilk; to everyone.
Our Congress is failing. This money would be better spent on our Veterans!
