Despite a federal court ruling that the NSA’s spying program was illegal and issuing an injunction that the surveillance of Americans stop immediately, the NSA will continue its unconstitutional program.
It seems that if you’ve got a secretive court filled with handpicked judges behind you, you don’t have to worry so much about the courts that represent ‘the people’.
