Eugenics has been a stain on humanity since Margaret Sanger founded Planned Parenthood. The lady (through the American Eugenics Institute) was a major inspiration to the Third Reich and Adolf Hitler’s extermination of a Jewish People. Seeing it in the context of food and sunlight makes it seem as if blacks can avoid “extermination” by eating green vegetables, fruits, and moving to warm weather climates if that’s possible, at a minimum supplement a Vitamin D.3 tablet into their breakfast. Much of what this doctor is saying seems like natural science rather than a concerted and coordinated effort though too.
