Report: Romney Advisor Sits on Burisma Board

Cofer Black has had a career of failing up. Tasked with bringing the fight to al-Quaeda in 1999, the 9/11 attacks of 2001 happened on Black’s watch. He was never disciplined.

After some years working the “War on Terror,” Black joined Mitt Romney’s 2008 Presidential team as an adviser.

Romney lost spectacularly to Senator John McCain and Cofer Black worked for some lobbyists, advised Mitt Romney some more and finally landed on Burisma Holdings Board of Directors.,, with Hunter Biden.

Mitt Romney’s national security adviser in his 2012 campaign — a career CIA spook who rose to its top levels — sits on the board of directors of Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company that formerly paid Hunter Biden $50K a month despite his complete lack of credentials or qualifications.

It is also an odd coincidence that Mitt has, as CNN puts it, “been a lone Republican voice expressing concern about President Donald Trump’s July phone call with Volodymyr Zelensky in which Trump asked Ukraine’s President to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his family.”

Though considered an “expert” on security issues, Cofer Black raised no objections that an unqualified cocaine user with little discretion may be an issue. Black was just fine with Hunter Biden hearing all the company’s inside baseball.

It may be time to take notice that Mitt Romney’s theatrical soul searching is possibly the product of his former confidant, Cofer Black, whispering in his ear.

The lobbyist crowd in D.C. has a lot to fear from President Trump and they are going to fight him tooth and nail, no matter what.
