Gov’t Home Visits Not Voluntary under ObamaCare

Are the home visit provisions of ObamaCare voluntary and helpful government services or could they be forced on a broad range of subjectively defined groups?

Former Health and Human Services Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius, likes the idea of  home visits by HHS workers to help families. “Home visiting programs play a critical role in the nation’s efforts to help children get off to a strong start,” she said. “Parenting is a tough job, and helping parents succeed pays big dividends in a child’s well-being and healthy development.”
