Conway: Adam Schiff Needs to Resign over Russia Collusion Hoax

President Donald Trump’s key adviser Kellyanne Conway appeared on Monday morning’s edition of “Fox & Friends” and called for those who said they had “evidence” of Trump-Russia collusion to suffer the consequences of their actions. Specifically, she called out DNC head Tom Perez as well as Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the chair of the House Intelligence Committee, who she said should resign.

“And let me be very specific about certain individuals: The head of the Democratic National Committee, Tom Perez, let me quote him. he said repeatedly, ‘There is a mountain of evidence of collusion between the campaign and the Russians.’ This is a man whose own DNC, along with Hillary Clinton, first funded that phony dossier that got us to where we are.”

“Then you have Adam Schiff — talk about an oxymoron, this man heads the Intelligence Committee in the House — he said he believes, ‘The scandal was of a size and a scope that is probably bigger than Watergate,’ and there is ‘plenty of evidence of collusion.'”

“He ought to resign today,” Conway said about Schiff. “He’s been on every TV show fifty times a day for the last two years promising Americans that this president would be impeached or indicted.”

“He has no right as somebody who has been peddling a lie day after day unchallenged and not under oath,” Conway said. “Somebody should’ve put him under oath and asked ‘Do you have evidence? Where is it?'”

Conway isn’t the only one calling for Schiff to resign. Turn the page for details.
