We enjoy technology, modern conveniences, and luxuries that our forefathers could never even have imagined. Just the time saved by these advances have lead to leisure time formerly reserved for the rich. On the other hand, we also have advanced to the point where we have raised difficult issues our forefathers never had to consider.
The sexual revolution of the 1960s, partially enabled by the invention of the pill, and the liberated sexual expressions it made possible, have not been without consequences. The legalization of abortion and its funding by the government pushed the envelop further. Only some unfortunate diseases have remained to spoil the sexual utopia that was the goal.
With transgenderism being a topic of some debate and interest, the marriage of the advances in medicine with the elimination of social and sexual norms is about to lead us into yet another strange, new world.

No, Dianne Saxon, he is using his office to enrich himself. Every time he plays golf, we are paying fees to his resort for hiring golf carts for Secret Service to follow him around. Those wanting to meet with him are encouraged to book rooms at his hotels. When Melania stayed in NYC, Secret Service paid to stay in Trump Tower to protect her and Barron. He used official travel to divert to Hawaii to visit his hotel there, great “free” publicity for him that we pay for. He is costing us more than his allocated salary in just security, having already exceeded the budget less than halfway through the year, and just how much security are we expected to provide? What happens when a terrorist targets on of his hotels? Are we going to be on the hook to secure every one of his extensive property portfolio, letting him “save” the corporate cost of it? He is skimming and wheeling and dealing every way he can to make money out of this. $40 MAGA hats….
