A writer at the Washington Post has a proposition to heal the racial divide: give blacks reparations in the form of having their vote count more than whites.
Theodore R. Johnson, current Ph.D candidate in law and policy at Northeastern University, believes the racial divide will not resolve until some form reparations are made.

I believe it was called the “Equal Rights” Amendment. If you want more Black votes then 1.) STOP KILLING each other. 2.) Black men who father children should maybe stick around and father them – might keep some of them alive and others out of prison. 3.) You might want to have some honest discussions about your abortion rates – just under 13% of the overall population but your women have 37% of all abortions.
