Nobody in their right mind would want a nuclear war anywhere, including on the Korean peninsula. We’ve already got a war going on there between the North and South for over 60 years. The only veil of peace has been a cease-fire that has more or less held for all but the first few years of the war. There is no peace treaty. The nations are technically still at war.
The world over have turned a blind eye, or simply chose to ignore sparking the political powder keg that resides in the North, but Trump and his Secretary of State Rex Tillerson are now in the game and seem willing to fight fire with fire.
The unstable and bellicose leader of North Korea makes no effort to hide his nation’s quest for nuclear weapons. Especially ones he can deliver anywhere in the world.
This has the potential to develop into an incredibly nasty situation.

Highlevel interactions suggest the key to this being China. China has really began to tire from te Saber rattling of DPRK. If the point came where China really felt threatened, the Red Army would change the US threat vector completely. In actuality it’s kinda the top secret “not so secret” plan. Wait until China has had enough. Allow China to invade from the north. US, SK from all other POe’s. With a ground war there will be mass loss. Unlike Iraq, these people are brainwashed not religious fanatics. As soon as food and people come to liberate them they will surrender. The hardline however will never surrender. They are so scared of the DPRK leadership that nothing any nation does will make them turn.

NK wouldnt stanf a chance. And as for china. Yeah they have more manpower. But we and france are the only 2 nations with nuclear aircraft carriers. Meaning we could stay out to sea much longer than china or nk. We would smash both china and nk in a fight. Why do you think we have bases set up around the world. Fast deployment of troops and heavy vehicles. No one can deploy as fast of the usa can.
