For decades, the nuclear balance between the United States and Russia has been the cornerstone of Mutually Assured Destruction — or the fixture that has kept the globe from entering a third world war. Recently, however, it has been reported that the U.S. is poised to render that balance moot with its superior ballistic technology. There maybe an edge or line between Russia and the US like 2 cats eyeing each but I think that if a nuclear war is started, I think the thumbs of Iran and N. Korea will be found on the first buttons pushed. I also think those countries will be erased from the planet Earth.
