In an open letter posted Sept. 21, Jon Ritzheimer said that he “has everything to lose” and plans to travel from Arizona to Michigan with an armed militia of a “growing number of patriots” to arrest Stabenow because she voted for the nuclear deal with Iran. Once the group has arrested Stabenow, the letter states, the militia will then move on and arrest other lawmakers across the country, including “the president who brokered this deal.” More of Ritzheimer’s plan on the next page:

Let me know how that works out for you. In the meantime, you may want to actually read the agreement you oppose. It will show how foolhardy your little expedition is. Or, you can wait until you are in the federal pen for domestic terrorism / inciting insurrection.
Nothing about the deal brokered with Iran by not only the US, but five other nations, is remotely treasonous. Reasonable people understand this.

Bobby Whelchel – The Constitution does give us the right to scrap the government and start over. However, there are conditions that must exist before this is constitutionally permissible. That you don’t like the President and you’ve slopped at the propaganda trough is not among them. Add to that, the Founding Fathers assumed some intelligence would exist and most that oppose the deal have not even read the deal. Their opinion has been custom made by propagandists and spoon-fed to them. I suspect this “patriot” is one of those folks.

its not the way to do it – under the law it is called insurrection and will only go to jail or get hurt … work through the system, use the constitution. Its the only thing that will fix it …
