In an open letter posted Sept. 21, Jon Ritzheimer said that he “has everything to lose” and plans to travel from Arizona to Michigan with an armed militia of a “growing number of patriots” to arrest Stabenow because she voted for the nuclear deal with Iran. Once the group has arrested Stabenow, the letter states, the militia will then move on and arrest other lawmakers across the country, including “the president who brokered this deal.” More of Ritzheimer’s plan on the next page:

In doing so he would be in violation of the Constitution. I agree that Washington and the Whitehouse are a disgrace to this country’s history and serious change has to take place. This is not the way to do it. If his state legislation had voted to form a citizen militia and issued an arrest warrant signed by the State Supreme Court then he might have some standing, tenuous at best. However, should he enter the sovereign State of Ohio as an armed Militia he will be met with law and with force. Every State and Commonwealth has the right to defend itself against all … enemies foreign and domestic … no matter how well intended. Ohio is my Home, Ohio is my Government, Ohio’s Laws are my laws, Ohio people are my people. You cross that border armed and I will hurl you back to your own State. For if I allow this action now who will guarantee that he or others who take offence at my Home, Government, Laws, and People will not do the same in the future. That is the nature of the rule of law. His Majesty, Obama and the US Supreme Court may have forgotten it , BUT I HAVEN’T. Think very carefully before you cross my border. Let Freedom Ring and Common Sense Prevail.

Protected by whom? This is constitutional. Read you bamm bill of Rights. Thomas Jefferson told us what to do when TYRANNY EXIST. We remove polititions and replace them with new guards. If any action against us thay have violated the law not us. You nay sayers better brush up on the Constition. If you dont think this can happen you are a fool.
