The movement against the BLM and Forestry Service western lands takeover continues to build, with the aftermath of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge demonstration and the slaying of rancher LaVoy Finicum by federal agents serving as a rallying point for those who believe the federal government has grown too big and powerful, particularly in the western states. Don’t miss the video included later in the article.
The compliant media has circled the wagons to declare the demonstrators were radical, right-wing constitutionalists, as if the U.S. Constitution can be protected and promoted too much.
Somehow, those who dismiss the ranchers and their supporters in the western states can’t see that the government, which “owns” over 50 percent of the land in eleven western states, is much more interested in power and control, and much more committed to radical environmentalists than to farmers and ranchers trying to make a living on the land that, like as not, has been a family pursuit and way of life for generations.
To put a finer point on the issue, mere weeks after the Malheur protesters were arrested and the refuge cleared, President Obama declared three more parcels of land in California as federal land, with little or no future access granted to mere citizens of the state. And by parcels, I mean almost 2 million acres that are now set aside as an offering to the Sierra Club and their ilk, with no compensation offered to California for the taking.
Federal government supporters are painting protesters as lawless cowboys, ignoring the fact that the Constitution prohibits the federal government from owning more than a ten square mile plot in Washington D.C., and areas for forts and military installations that require state approval to acquire.

Sign me up and give an ar with plenty of ammo, I’ll be yur deputy any day boss!!!!!
There must be neither “right wing” nor “left wing” interpretations of the U.S. Constitution. The correct position on the Constitution is the Extreme Center Wing. That is the Constitution I have Pledged my Oath to protect and defend. (Y) It is time to turn American RIGHT SIDE UP!!!
Never relieved of my duty to protect and defend the American people…..From foreign or domestic threats !!!! Enough said
Awesome!!

The 2 boys were killed 4 months after a family was tortured and an unborn child murdered in Scott County by the same corporation.
Folks, that operation has not ended in Arkansas.
Look who our freaking Governor is! The bastard destroyed evidence and committed perjury. Us Arkansans still voted for him. We are the dumb asses!
The Federal government already owns the land. It has ownd the damn land for far over 100 years. Ever hear of the Louisiana Purchase? How about the land aquired from Mexico as a result of war and treaty in Texas and California? How about land acquired from England, France, Spain, or Russia long ago by purchase or by treaty? That land has always been owned by the government. The government leases grazing rights on its land for a fee. Guys like the Bundy’s made the agreement, grazed their cattle, made their money, and refused to pay the fees. If they had made agreements with private individuals for grazing rights, those individuals would expect payment, and take legal action if they did not get paid. Guys like the Bundy bunch gather sympathy from folks by claiming that they are “protecting” all of us from the government. All they are really doing is trying to protect their basically stolen profits, and gain something for themselves. They do not give one damn about anyone else. They want to steal land from the government for themselves and for their purposes–not for a new subdivision, school, park, or any other public use, or for use by any individuals but themselves.
I support his idea 110%
The Federal government already owns the land. They have owned the damn land for far over 100 years. Ever hear of the Louisiana Purchase? How about the land acquired from Mexico in Texas & California war & treaty agreements? How about the land acquired from England, France, Spain, & Russia through purchase and/or treaty agreement? Private ownership of basically all land in the west originally came from the U. S. goverment through land grants to get railroads built, homesteading, and other ways. Go read some history! The government is not taking land from anyone, but they do lease grazing rights. That’s the problem with guys like the Bundy’s. They made the agreement, grazed cattle on the land, made their profits, and refused to pay the grazing fees. If they had made an agreement with any individual, that individual would expect payment, and take legal action to collect. These jackasses are doing their best to get folks to feel sorry for them, & to join them in stealing what is not theirs to begin with. The Bundy bunch & others like them make the claim that they are “protecting” all of us from the government, when, in fact, the only ones having a problem with the government are thieves like the Bundy’s & their like. They would like to take land from the government, but they want it for their use–not for any new subdivision, school, park, or any other use but their own. If you have any illusions that they give a$#%&!@*about you, then back off & think again.
Yep! This guy loves and understands the Constitution!
