The movement against the BLM and Forestry Service western lands takeover continues to build, with the aftermath of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge demonstration and the slaying of rancher LaVoy Finicum by federal agents serving as a rallying point for those who believe the federal government has grown too big and powerful, particularly in the western states. Don’t miss the video included later in the article.
The compliant media has circled the wagons to declare the demonstrators were radical, right-wing constitutionalists, as if the U.S. Constitution can be protected and promoted too much.
Somehow, those who dismiss the ranchers and their supporters in the western states can’t see that the government, which “owns” over 50 percent of the land in eleven western states, is much more interested in power and control, and much more committed to radical environmentalists than to farmers and ranchers trying to make a living on the land that, like as not, has been a family pursuit and way of life for generations.
To put a finer point on the issue, mere weeks after the Malheur protesters were arrested and the refuge cleared, President Obama declared three more parcels of land in California as federal land, with little or no future access granted to mere citizens of the state. And by parcels, I mean almost 2 million acres that are now set aside as an offering to the Sierra Club and their ilk, with no compensation offered to California for the taking.
Federal government supporters are painting protesters as lawless cowboys, ignoring the fact that the Constitution prohibits the federal government from owning more than a ten square mile plot in Washington D.C., and areas for forts and military installations that require state approval to acquire.

Fk the government time to bear arms and make america great again
The federal gov shouldnt even be on state lands to begin with..the way they are getting away with this legally is by claiming to help within our Staes by claiming that it is their duty to protect our borders..which is their primary function under contract .Anytime any substance passes through our border illegally they are then legally authorized to investigate…but..this is not the case with b of land management..it is true that they cannot own land inside a state that is not part of a military installation..period..blm does not even claim to own the property in question because it is illegal on so many levels..but they have been appointed by the feds to look after and manage this state land..the land belongs to the resedents of the state that pay taxes in said state..it does not belong to everyone in the united states..state law supercedes federal law..but it must be the equivalent or strictor than the federal counterpart..the lands in question are state lands managed by the blm..they have gotten away with this by withholding federal help..you don’t do what we say..we don’t help you..so yes..it is not but marginally legal..the reason they get away with it is because the state let’s them
The rason that b of land management get away with this is because the state is letting them do it. Blm owns no state land..they were put into place by the federal gov to manage it for said state with permission by said state..the property still belongs to the legal resedent taxpayers of said state..period..unless you are a resedent of the state whatever lands being managed by blm in said state does not belong in any way to you..donations of lands to national parks by private owners does not come into play here..this land even though inside of a state does belong to everyone..
Another thing..blm cannot sell, condem, transfer ownership, mine, log,or lease this property out to non resedents of said state without getting approval from local..county..and also state government..because it does not belong to them..same thing goes for national forest svc ..the land is not owned by the american people unless it was either donated by private owner or approved by state gov..this is common knowledge

Im posting your comment in my page. I once said that I felt no pity for the bengazi American mercenaries that died, and I was right in my assessment, except that they were traitors aiding and abetting a terrorrists organization. .
