The movement against the BLM and Forestry Service western lands takeover continues to build, with the aftermath of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge demonstration and the slaying of rancher LaVoy Finicum by federal agents serving as a rallying point for those who believe the federal government has grown too big and powerful, particularly in the western states. Don’t miss the video included later in the article.
The compliant media has circled the wagons to declare the demonstrators were radical, right-wing constitutionalists, as if the U.S. Constitution can be protected and promoted too much.
Somehow, those who dismiss the ranchers and their supporters in the western states can’t see that the government, which “owns” over 50 percent of the land in eleven western states, is much more interested in power and control, and much more committed to radical environmentalists than to farmers and ranchers trying to make a living on the land that, like as not, has been a family pursuit and way of life for generations.
To put a finer point on the issue, mere weeks after the Malheur protesters were arrested and the refuge cleared, President Obama declared three more parcels of land in California as federal land, with little or no future access granted to mere citizens of the state. And by parcels, I mean almost 2 million acres that are now set aside as an offering to the Sierra Club and their ilk, with no compensation offered to California for the taking.
Federal government supporters are painting protesters as lawless cowboys, ignoring the fact that the Constitution prohibits the federal government from owning more than a ten square mile plot in Washington D.C., and areas for forts and military installations that require state approval to acquire.
Watch as the Sheriff fights back in video on the next page:
its about time that sheriffs all across america take their duty to the American public seriously and exercise their power to protect the public against the over reaching out of control federal government, sheriffs have the authority to not let the feral government come into their counties they must united and protect the American citizens that have elected them
If we get rid of soros and clinton we could avoid a civil war.
Sorry, pacifists….I am all in favor of this guy. Government is so busy doing the wrong thing, they forget what the right thing is.
stick to your guns america.
This administration is against anything normal.
Scott Prelwitz, I’m going to go out on a limb regarding your questions. 1. Yes, a civil war is not only possible, look around and see it brewing as we speak. 2. Your question about a civil war can be easily answered by listening to people who have been through one. I’d suggest serious reading, but I think it might be a fruitless enterprise. Who you going to take arms against? A good rule of thumb is when you are confronted with an officer that holds a gun to your head, demanding you turn over your property …that’s just a jumping off place to begin. Your last question is really sad….but just for ignorance sake, let’s suppose a man dressed in a berka comes at you with enough fire power to easily kill you your, family, your friends and pets….that’s at least one bullet point to help you grasp what needs to be done. It’s a sad commentary on the world we live in, but you have tough issues arising. Kill or be killed. A war most certainly begun by the rich and famous, but there is also a psychological, biological reason. It’s called thinning of the herd. Coming soon to theater near you.
Yes Sir, you are the man.
Woops!
Tennessee needs a governor with this kind of hutzba
The BLM referred to in this post is the Bureau of Land Management.
