On Dec. 31, 2014 Utah began the process to retake 31.2 million acres of its own land previously under the control of the federal government. Utah consists of 54.3 million acres, so Washington was controlling more than 65% the state.
The “Transfer of Public Lands Act”, signed by Utah Gov. Gary Herbert in 2012, is an unprecedented move that directly challenges the authority of the federal government.
Now, since the reclaim has taken place, Utah is gearing up to fight the feds.
MOVE ON TO PAGE 2:
as long as its the peoples land
good for you and God bless us all
Amen, now all states should follow suit!
It should be a nationwide trend, starting NOW !
I believe in private ownership, with a maximum of 2,000 acres per person / no corporate ownership ..
This is way over do, Washington controlls way to much, time to put a stop to these dictators.
WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!
Wish Nevada would do the same.
All states should do the same. At any rate , the People own that land !!!!!! Not The Government !!!!!
Go Utah! The thugs in DC and in Greenpeace need to be put in their place.
