On Dec. 31, 2014 Utah began the process to retake 31.2 million acres of its own land previously under the control of the federal government. Utah consists of 54.3 million acres, so Washington was controlling more than 65% the state.
The “Transfer of Public Lands Act”, signed by Utah Gov. Gary Herbert in 2012, is an unprecedented move that directly challenges the authority of the federal government.
Now, since the reclaim has taken place, Utah is gearing up to fight the feds.
MOVE ON TO PAGE 2:
The land is not owned by obuma like some people are saying. It was taken over by the feds years ago to protect it from strip mining, logging and other adventures of men. Can the states maintain the lands integrity? Will they start charging huge amounts of money to visit these places, to maintain them? There will be good and bad on both sides.

A State Park maintenance program can work just fine, it always has for Colorado, and we have many State Parks. A simple 7$ Park pass for visitors goes a long way for two or three Rangers to patrol it. 7$ is not a lot to ask of the public, and or a year long pass option.
Good Bless them
That is a good thing.
You go Utah we’re all with you.
We all need to take back what has been taken from us, like our FREEDOM !!!
I DONT BLAME THEM!! ALL STATES MAY HAVE TO IF WE DO NOT IMPEACH OBAMA NOW !!!
The federal government is supposed to MANAGE U.S. international affairs and Interstate trade. It was NEVER intended to own land for purposes not directly associated with its’ powers.
