California is seeing the worst drought in over 1,200 years. A full 78% of the Garden State is experiencing exceptionally severe drought conditions. This is a 22% increase from just a year ago.
Pictures from just a few years ago that illustrate just how bad the problem is, and it seems no solution is in sight. Now, one delegate from the UN is stating that evacuation is a possibility. Will the blue helmets arrive to help facilitate the relocation of tens of millions of Americans?

Isn’t one big reason because farmers are blowing up the clouds to prevent a fright of too much rain on their crops?

Instead of “moving people out” why not just auction off the water to several companies that will charge a market clearing rate for the water. Make people free to do what they want to do to get water. Then see what the market does. Some people will probably leave. Some will probably pay to have water trucked in. Some might start desalination plants and sell water on the open market with the new higher prices. Some may come up with innovative ways to clean water. Some my start using water-less composting toilets. Farmers might start using water conservation methods in their fields. It’s hard to say what the solution is but the market is very good at finding it. Best of all, you don’t have to submit to authority (men with guns) for the market to do its problem solving.
So they would have no problem relocating 38 million people, But can’t deport 10 million mexican illegals?
