In yet another huge blow to our Constitution, the Supreme Court ruled in Jan 2015 that a police officer can violate your 4th Amendment rights if they make a ‘reasonable’ mistake regarding the law.
If you are ignorant of the law, that is no excuse, but if a cop is ignorant of the law, he can violate your rights.
As incredible as it sounds, any cop can ‘play dumb’ and proceed to do anything he wants to you and feel secure that his excuse of ignorance will shield him.
How in the hell can a cop be expected to uphold the law if he doesn’t even know the law?

Why are UNEDUCATED people being hired to blow us away? My stars! Even people in our company has to have at least a high school diploma. Most of them know their cons$#%&!@*utional rights. We have had a successful America for 200 years. Isn’t it about time Americans take a stand against tresp$#%&!@*ers trying to subvert our cons$#%&!@*ution, and sticking their nose in our private business? If a Christian denomination church tried to re-ins$#%&!@*ute the inquisition would you accept it just because you have freedom of religion? Our cons$#%&!@*ution must take precedence in the rule of law, or every mothers son will try to enforce his own interpretation of righteousness. As long as it is under the God of our fathers, everyone gets a fair freedom shake. If Sharia Law takes world control, it WILL NOT BE RULED FAIRLY!
