In yet another huge blow to our Constitution, the Supreme Court ruled in Jan 2015 that a police officer can violate your 4th Amendment rights if they make a ‘reasonable’ mistake regarding the law.
If you are ignorant of the law, that is no excuse, but if a cop is ignorant of the law, he can violate your rights.
As incredible as it sounds, any cop can ‘play dumb’ and proceed to do anything he wants to you and feel secure that his excuse of ignorance will shield him.
How in the hell can a cop be expected to uphold the law if he doesn’t even know the law?

Did anybody actually read what this was about? I mean really. A guy got pulled over for doing over the speed limit, the agreed to the cop searching the car. During the search the cop found cocain. And obviously allot of cocain because he was charged with trafficking.
But yet, DOJ is federalizing the police in 6 city’s due to the relationship between cops & public,,, One Word,,,

possibly it seems for the last six years our rights have been gradually taken away from us or they have tried to take them away with this administration responsible for it

There are so many laws p$#%&!@*ed by legislators (simply for the purpose of p$#%&!@*ing popular laws), it is difficult for police to be completely informed. That doesn’t mean they are bad cops.

So what I’m seeing now is that our Supreme Court is now supporting Obama’s Martial Law! Better buy your guns and ammo NOW guys!

Giving a lot of power to people with few brains is a dangerous game. Look where it has gotten us now…. I wonder if we will ever learn, or will our laziness enslave us in the end…
