The media has manufactured its latest controversy about the Trump campaign by blowing a heated altercation out of proportion.
News outlets have run wild today with footage of a reporter for Time magazine being knocked to the ground by a member of the Secret Service at a Trump rally. The implication is that the GOP frontrunner is running an aggressive campaign that brings out the worst in people and has potential to turn violent at any moment.
But as other videos documenting the series of events leading up to that incident attest, if anybody was violent, it was the reporter. Footage shows Morris getting unnecessarily close to the Secret Service agent, brushing up against him as if he were trying to push him out of the way. He is also clearly heard to say “f*ck you” to the agent.
But that’s not what people are seeing on the news: what they’re seeing is Morris lying on the floor as the agent stands over him, and they most certainly did not see what he did next.

I would have killed him, no questions asked. Getting really sick of these “peaceful” Libtards saying gun owners are violent…then they pull all this b******t they’re pulling. If we really were unstable and violent, they wouldn’t be around to do$#%&!@*like this…just sayin.
He needed his$#%&!@*kicked!
I hope he is jail for assault
America would be a better place if you could body slam a deserving punk
Just a thought to the morons supporting the idiot who thought it appropriate to choke a Secret Service agent, or that the agent acted improperly. Secret Service agents go through a ridiculous amount of background checks, including mental health, and then are trained to a razor’s edge to do their job. They know exactly what the law is, they know exactly what constitutes an act of aggression toward them or who they’re protecting, and they know exactly how much force to use in any circumstance.
As a pro audio engineer, I have worked with them on a few occasions during presidential press conferences. They are very courteous and absolutely stern and professional…. as they should be. During one event, I went to use the bathroom in an area that had been open all day, but had recently been locked down by agents, unbeknownst to me. As soon as I stepped into the area, an agent grabbed me and advised that I couldn’t be there, and shuffled me back through the door. I cooperated fully. There were two former Presidents down the hall, and the agents were on high alert. After the event, and after the Presidents had left the area, the agent found me, and apologized for being so stern and putting his hands on me, but said that when a person they are protecting is on site, they are on high alert, and ANY verbal threat, intrusion, or physical aggression is treated as an act of aggression. I didn’t feel like I was assaulted at all. He sternly turned me around and put me out of a restricted area. I complied. The agent was just doing his job.
I saw this video… The reporter learned real quick that his act of aggression was not tolerated. I hope he learned his lesson because next time he may lay his hands on a man that will not exercise restraint. The pathetic reporter challenged a man who could have easily killed him. Not in my opinion a smart move.
This is why the anti-Trump reporter got dumped on his$#%&!@* but they didn’t show that part of the video. You only get the news the want to show you.
I am no Trump supporter but that guy needs to be charged andbanned from covering this election.
Liberals (and MOST reporters) are the bottom-feeders of a civilized society. Back in the day, if you flipped the double-bird in someone’s face (Trump rally), or told someone $#%&!@*you”, you better be able to back it up. Now, people are fucking cowards that don’t think they should have to answer for their actions or words.
No assault charges?
